Ciena Challenge: We won the Ciena Stream at Hack the Hill II with our peer-to-peer file-sharing platform!

We built a peer-to-peer file-sharing platform that allows users to share files directly with each other without relying on a central node.

I implemented backend and frontend with Spring Boot, React, and Next.js.

Our app used SSH tunneling and a middleman service as DNS coordination infrastructure, ensuring that users could connect to each other and share files without needing to open ports or configure firewalls.
